Scheduling:

Please call us at (210)-495-6710 to schedule your appointment for either the San Antonio or Kerrville office. Our office will call you two business days prior to your appointment to confirm and inform you of any updates in regards to your appointment. Let us know if you are apprehensive or claustrophobic. We offer oral sedation (pill) to decrease anxiety. Please discuss all your needs, likes and dislikes with our staff. We listen.


Your Initial Visit:

Take all your regular every day medications as prescribed by your physician – However, please remember to bring a list of your medications.

Do not take any pain medication for your toothache 8 hours prior to coming in. The pain medication will mask your symptoms and will make the diagnosis difficult. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your schedule appointment time. If you expect to have a sedation, please arrange for someone else to drive you home and please make sure you have communicated that with our staff.


Financial Policy:

We accept cash, credit or debit cards. Checks are not accepted. We also accept care credit. You can apply for care credit at www.carecredit.com or by calling (800)-365-8295 in advance of your appointment. We expect full payment of services at the time of service or your dental insurance copayment which should have been verified in advance by our staff.


Insurance:

We accept and process on your behalf all dental insurances. We are preferred providers under many insurances. Please check with your dental insurance and with our office.


Privacy Policy:

We value our patient’s privacy and trust. We have strict procedures in place to maintain the privacy of our patients. Your information will be shared when communicating with your dentist or in regards to your billing. If you desire your spouse, significant other or parent to have access to your dental/billing record, you will need to specify it in writing when you arrive in our office.
